There are many books on the market dealing with the topic of the reality of heaven and the spiritual realm. I found this book to be refreshing. Every time I would put the book down after reading, I went away with feeling happy. Though this is a book of fiction, there are seeds of truth throughout the book, that if you allow, will take root and produce fruits of joy, excitement, peace and hope for a future reality that is for the hear and now. I was left with a slight paradigm shift in my understanding of heaven that makes me excited for it. At the same time it has given me a renewed sense of hope and a perspective in this life that makes the "troubles" and "worries" not so catastrophic; though they may be painful and devastating in the moment, there is a reality that surpasses the most difficult trials we may have to endure. This book was an amazing glimpse into what Heaven can be – based on scriptural descriptions in Revelations as well as interviews with people who had personal experiences, yet, returned because their purpose on this earth was not complete. I am a very visual reader and I enjoyed the journey of reading this book so much! The incredible attention to detail – with colors depicted beyond our imaginations combined with the experiences that the characters had made me sad that it had to end. I have shared/given this book to many who have lost a loved one so that they may experience a wonderful perspective of the afterlife. Highly recommended!!
This is an exciting book for any age. I sat spellbound as I read the Biblically-correct experiences of a group of young people who journeyed through heaven together, escorted by an angel. The sounds, sights, tastes, and feelings are expressed so vividly; I traveled right alongside as adventure through adventure unfurled. So many of the questions I had about heaven were answered. Is it a real place? Whom would I see there? Would I recognize people I had known? What do you do there? I could not put this book down! Although there were so many great parts of the novel, my favorite was the ending. But, you will have to read it for yourself! What a treat. It really was "Out of This World."

Based on the Bible and people's real life experiences, Janice Subers has woven a story tying them together and giving us hope beyond the veil. I fell in love with the children and the angels! And I fell in love with the beautiful picture of heavenly peace and joy painted by her words!
